What should I do if I have trouble with logging in?

If you have trouble logging in, please follow these instructions:

  • Check your login details. Your login username is the e-mail address you used for registration.
  • Please make sure that your web browser accepts cookies.
  • If you have forgotten your password, reset your password using the ‘Forgot your Password’ link on the ‘Sign in’ page.
  • Please note that sometimes the problem might be caused due to system maintenance at our end. In such a case, please wait for 30 minutes and try again.
  • If you are still unable to access your account, please contact Customer Care helpdesk and indicate the problem. We will assign you with a new password, and you can change it once you log in.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed immediately. Kiran Jewellery will send a confirmation mail for your order, to the email address associated with your  Kiran Jewellery  account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery. In case of Cash on delivery orders, you will receive a confirmation email from our   Kiran Jewellery .

Why have I not received my order yet?

You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the 'My Account' section

In the My Account page, click on the 'My Orders' link to view the status of all your orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the 'Order Number' link

What do the different order status mean?

Processing: We have received authorization from the payment gateway and are processing your order.

Shipped: Your order has been shipped out of our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location.

Complete: Your order has been delivered at your specified delivery location.

Cancelled: The order was cancelled.

How do I place a cancellation request on Kiran

If you wish to cancel your order, please follow these steps:

Create a cancellation request online.

Click on the Cancel link against your order in the MY ORDERS section in My Account.

Choose cancellation option and fill in the required details.

Once the cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.

* Cancellation requests can be raised at any time before the shipping of the order. Once the order is cancelled, we will refund any prepaid amount as per our Return Policy.

How do I get a defective item, ordered on Kiran, replaced?

We have easy return policy so that you can buy our products at ease and without stress. Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 1 days from the date of delivery, and we will try to resolve your refund request. In case of damaged products, please send us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt of the product. The return shipping to seller for the product will be borne by the seller if the seller is at fault.

What are the modes of payment for purchasing on Kiran

We accept the following modes of payment:

How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?

We accept all VISA, MasterCard both Indian and International. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.

All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Kiran Jewellery and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

What is COD (Cash On Delivery)? Are there any additional charges for COD orders?

COD refers to Cash On Delivery. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a Credit/Debit card or online shopping is not your forte. V & V SHOP offers you the option of paying for the purchase at your doorstep. Just place your order and make cash payment to our COD partner upon the delivery of your item. Not all deals/products have COD option. Please check the deal page before buying. Kiran Jewellery does not offer COD at all locations. Please enter your pincode to check the availability of COD option at your location.

My transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. What should I do?

We regret the inconvenience caused. Please Contact Us available under the Any Other Query section with your transaction details and we will look into it immediately.

If your money has not reached us, it will surely be refunded back to your account.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Sellers generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Estimated delivery time is dependent on the following factors

  • The Seller offering the product
  • Product's availability with the Seller
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to and geographical location of the Seller.
